Amy believes that professional massage therapy can benefit the body, mind, and spirit.
Amy is fascinated and inspired by the human body and its healing ability. Massage therapy alleviates chronic pain and helps the body's organic body systems to facilitate healing. Massage is more than a relaxation experience, it is healing. In a culture where pills and pharmaceuticals are being thrown at body symptoms, Amy offers a natural and holistic approach with her extensive knowledge, experience, and training.
Massage is about empowerment. Amy's goal is to maintain and alleviate body aches related to chronic pain and injuries.
